Returns & Refunds Policy

The Card Hub is committed to ensuring a smooth and secure shopping experience for all collectors. Due to the nature of high-end collectible cards, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Card Condition & Value Volatility – The condition of a collectible card significantly impacts its value. To maintain fairness and prevent market manipulation, we cannot accept returns based on buyer remorse or price fluctuations.

  2. Authenticity & Security – Once a card leaves our facility, we cannot verify its condition upon return, ensuring no tampering, substitution, or damage has occurred. This protects both buyers and sellers.

  3. Collector’s Integrity – Many of the cards we sell are limited edition or rare, making it unfair to allow returns after purchase. This ensures that all sales are final and cards remain in circulation with their rightful owners.

  4. Preventing Fraud – To prevent fraudulent activity, such as swapping or altering cards, all sales are considered final once shipped.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we do not accept returns, we ensure that all orders are shipped securely via Canada Post XpressPost, with full tracking for your convenience. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow these steps:

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and card(s). We will assess the situation and work with Canada Post to find a resolution.

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please allow 24-48 hours for potential delays. If the package is still missing, contact Canada Post and provide us with the case number.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed and handed to Canada Post, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
